Use the WPBot ChatBot to increase sales for your eCommerce websites. If you are using Woocommerce, there are a number of ChatBot features that can help you get more sales. Onsite Retargeting:

Onsite Retargeting is a powerful feature to gain the customer’s attention and sweeten the deal. You can customize the ChatBot to pop up and show a custom message with your unique value proposition or offer a coupon code. This is more effective than the spammy pop-up lightboxes you see everywhere. It grabs the user’s attention and prompts them to take action.

You can trigger the pop-up message in three different scenarios: Exit Intent, Scroll Intent, and Auto After “X” Seconds.

Exit Intent: Show a custom message when the user is about to close the browser tab or move to another one. Make them an offer that they cannot refuse!

Scroll Intent: Display a message when the user scrolls down a certain percentage of the browser page height. When the user scrolls down, it means they are interested in your products or services. It is the right time to offer them some extra incentive and also start a dialogue!

Auto Open after “X” Seconds: Sometimes the user may have lost focus and be dwelling on a page for a long time. You can set up the ChatBot to auto-open and make your case.

In each case, you can choose a custom background and text color and also choose to show the Retargeting messages only once per session to avoid being spammy.

Retargeting works with all our licenses – Starter, Professional, and Master (with or without Woocommerce).

Woocommerce related WPBot ChatBot features

The WPBot ChatBot provides a number of built-in features to facilitate the search and purchase process. You can add Product Search, Catalog, Featured Products, Products on Sale, and Order Status to the Starter Menu. Customers can click on any of them, search for a product, view product details, and add it to the cart directly from the ChatBot window. The Order Status function can also display all the customer notes so it can include the tracking information.

What is the Bargaining Bot?

Say goodbye to the old and boring way of offering discounts for the sake of it. Let your customers haggle for it. Bargaining Bot is the World’s first negotiation bot for WooCommerce. Shoppers are more likely to take advantage of their discount if they have to “work” for it. It makes the shopping experience much more lively and interactive.

Once a deal is made by the Bargaining Bot, the shopper can complete the checkout with the discounted price.

If no deal is made, the ChatBot offers to email the shopper’s last offered price to the shop admin. Admin can then email the Customer to complete the deal.

HOW IT WORKS FOR THE SHOPPERS?

In addition to your Add to Cart button, the Bargaining Bot enables a Make Your Offer Now button. After clicking this button, shoppers can enter an Offer Price. If their Offer Price is at or above your Minimum Acceptable price, then the Bargaining Bot accepts the offer.

If the Offer Price is below your minimum acceptable price, the Bot will automatically ask the shopper for a better price. If the price is too low, the Bot will make the last offer at your Minimum Acceptable price. If the shopper accepts it then the Bot will apply a product-specific discount and ask to checkout.

If the shopper denies the offer, Bot will ask for the shopper’s email that will be sent to the shop admin with details about the product and the last offer by the shopper.

HOW IT WORKS FOR MERCHANTS?

Once you install the Bot, you may apply the Make Your Offer Now button to any specific product or all products in your store with just one click. You can set up the Minimum Acceptable price for an individual product or set a Global discount percentage from the Bot settings. When you set a Minimum Acceptable price for the individual product the individual pricing will override the global setting.
